With a single purchase of any subscription, you are licensed to use the application on a single store instance only. If you have a multi-store website, even if they share the same Opencart/Prestashop/Magento/Shopify or any other installation or domain name, you must purchase a separate license for each store. If you wish to order a large number of licenses, you can send us a quote request via our contact form.

Refund Policy:

BraveOtter offers a 30-days no question asked refund.

In case the customer encounters a serious issue after installing our module, admin and FTP details are required to investigate the issue.

Support Policy:

You will be able to access the application for the period defined by your subscription. During the subscription period, you are eligible for all the updates and support from BraveOtter to make the application work on your website.
